10:30 AM: From the parking lot, an electric buggy will transport you to the foot of the cave. Then, you’ll proceed along the wooden staircase system to begin your exploration of Paradise Cave.

• The cave’s strategically placed lighting enhances its natural beauty, showcasing stunning stalactites and stalagmites in shapes such as the Celestial Court, the Unicorn, the Lotus Tower, Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, the Woolly Mammoth, and the Central Highlands Communal House.

After covering the first 1 kilometer on the wooden path, you’ll delve deeper into the heart of Paradise Cave.

The Journey Through the Cave

• In the next 500 meters, the cave reveals its grandeur, with ceilings soaring over 80 meters high and widths of up to 120 meters. The shimmering stalactites and crystal-like formations become more spectacular as you go deeper.
• Deeper inside, you may encounter unique cave-dwelling creatures such as bats, fish, and spiders. During the first 3.5 kilometers, you’ll see hundreds of bats clinging to the cave ceilings, an extraordinary sight.
• Around 200 meters from the Bat Cave lies a serene spot where two dry streams converge, providing a refreshing oasis.

At the 4-kilometer mark, you’ll stop to marvel at the breathtaking views and capture photos of the pristine surroundings.

The Thrilling Exploration Continues

The most exhilarating part of the journey awaits as you cross a 100-meter stretch over a shallow stream. In some sections, the cave ceiling is so low that you’ll have to lie flat on the boat to pass through.

Next, you’ll tackle rugged slopes and narrow paths wide enough for only one person to pass at a time. Beyond this challenge, you’ll enter a mesmerizing labyrinth of pillar-like stalactites and intricate passageways.

After over an hour of trekking, you’ll arrive at the most magnificent spot in the cave—Heaven’s Well, a breathtaking natural phenomenon where the harmony of earth and sky converges.

• The crystal-clear stream winds through uniquely shaped rock formations, creating an otherworldly beauty unmatched anywhere else.

Here, you’ll enjoy a delightful lunch and rest by the tranquil stream, taking time to immerse yourself in the enchanting surroundings and snap memorable photos.

Afternoon: Concluding the Journey

After lunch, the exploration concludes as you retrace your steps toward the cave entrance. From there, an electric buggy will take you back to the waiting area, where you can rest and change clothes.

4:30 PM: The vehicle and tour guide will return you to Dong Hoi (hotel, railway station, or airport).
