• Check guest list, distribute welcome kit including bottled water, wet wipes, and safety briefing

• Divide into smaller groups (if the group is large) to prepare for rotational activities

🚌 07:00 – 09:00 – Travel to Chà Cùng Stream (60–70 km)

• Along the way, the tour guide gives an introduction to the history and culture of the Trường Sơn region and the Vân Kiều people

🦺 09:00 – 09:30 – Serious safety briefing, distribution of life jackets, helmets, and support equipment

• Tour guide and safety staff check equipment and divide into smaller groups, ensuring each activity has a designated safety supervisor

🌊 09:30 – 11:30 – Outdoor activities at Chà Cùng Stream:

• Kayaking/SUP in small groups by rotation (30 minutes per round)

• Ziplining with internationally-standard equipment, supervised each time

• Stream bathing and scenic photo opportunities

🍱 11:30 – 12:30 – Picnic lunch/rest in a riverside hut

• Mountain-style menu: bamboo-cooked rice, stream fish, fresh forest vegetables, seasonal fruits

🧘 12:30 – 14:00 – Free time:

• Relax by the stream or join light activities such as fishing, nature photography, sliding (if available)

🚐 14:00 – 15:00 – Short transfer to Vân Kiều Village (30–60 minutes)

• Check in at homestay/stilt house, shower, rest

🚶 15:00 – 17:00 – Walking tour of the village, sightseeing, interacting with locals, listening to the guide share legends and local culture

🍽️ 17:30 – 19:00 – Traditional dinner in the village

• Grilled chicken, bamboo rice, forest vegetables, local rice wine or other traditional beverages

🔥 19:00 – 19:30 – Prepare for the campfire program

🎉 19:30 – 21:30 – Campfire night & cultural exchange

• Experience the unique cuisine and folk culture of the Vân Kiều people in the western region of Quảng Trị Province

• Feel the atmosphere and landscape of the Trường Sơn mountains in a unique time and space

🛏️ 21:30 – Overnight at homestay/stilt house

• Or, if guests choose, camping setup by the stream according to safety and hygiene standards

DAY 2: LOCAL WORKSHOP → TAM LƯ WATERFALL → ĐỒNG HỚI

🌅 06:00 – 07:00 – Wake up, enjoy local tea/coffee

• Light walk around the village, catch the morning mist, feel the peaceful sunrise

🎨 07:00 – 09:00 – Local culture experience workshop

• Try making local products of the Vân Kiều people such as bamboo weaving, local cuisine

• Listen to the village elder share customs, history, and traditional knowledge

• Divide into small groups so each guest has a hands-on experience, increasing interaction

🧳 09:00 – 09:30 – Pack up and check out of the homestay

🚐 09:30 – 10:30 – Transfer to Tam Lư Waterfall (30–60 minutes)

• Tour guide gives a safety briefing before rafting (if water conditions permit)

💧 10:30 – 12:00 – Experience Tam Lu Waterfall:

• Rafting through strong water currents (in groups with safety staff accompanying)

• Take photos at the pristine three-tier waterfall

🍽️ 12:00 – 13:00 – Lunch at a restaurant near the waterfall

• Enjoy local dishes, wrap up the trip

🚌 13:30 – 16:00 – Drive back to Đồng Hới

• Stop for rest, photos, or souvenir shopping if desired

👋 16:00 – 18:00 – Arrive in Đồng Hới, end of tour, farewell to the group
