Cancellation before departure date:

7+ days prior: 100% refund (minus bank transfer fees, if any).

5 – 6 days prior: 30% of total tour price charged.

3 – 4 days prior: 50% of total tour price charged.

1 – 2 days prior: 80% of total tour price charged.

On departure day / No-show: 100% of total tour price charged.

Refund Conditions:

Cancellations must be notified in writing via SMS, Email, or the official group chat created by Phong Nha Viet.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3 – 7 working days via bank transfer.

Force Majeure: In the event of tour postponement/cancellation due to dangerous weather, natural disasters, epidemics, or objective reasons from the organizer, you will receive a 100% refund or be given the option to reschedule to another departure date.
