Conquer 4.5KM of PhongNha Cave by Kayaking

General information

The PhongNha Cave is the most well known cave inside the PhongNha-Ke Bang National Park and world’s largest wet cave! The subterranean river system can be followed all the way to what is supposedly the end of the cave 8 kilometers from the entrance. This amazing tour will take participants 4.5 kilometers deep inside the cave!

Schedule

ITINERARY:

08:00-09:00AM: Pick up visitors around the PhongNha town.

09:00-09:30AM: Tourguide plans the tour programe, prepare equipment.

10:00AM: Practice kayaking in front of PhongNha cave’ entrance. Start kayaking through the cave in the Dark( first 3 kilometers)

11:00AM: OFF kayak, reach the hiking spot (1.5km)

13:00PM: Reach the secret underground lake, enjoy swimming thru the cave in the dark.

13:30PM: Get some lunch at the lunch spot

14:00PM: Hiking and Kayaking back

15:00PM: OFF kayak, go to other dry chambers, see the ancient writing of Cham people, the early human in Viet Nam

16:30PM: Come back to the hotels, tour ends

1,700,000 VND per person is fair for a full day of exploration: kayaking + trekking + swimming in an underground lake, plus a bonus dry chamber with ancient Cham relics. Totally worth it in the low season!”
