General information

The tour will take you to visit Rao Thuong and En Cave. Rao Thuong is a stream which derives from U Bo Mountain, the highest peak of the Phong Nha Ke Bang area – above 1000m. Rao Thuong hides its springs underground of the limestone forest and appears its flow passing Dong village, where small group of Van kieu Ethnic minority reside in.
Rao Thuong is a main factor to create a En cave, one of world large cave, where is habitat of thousands of bats and swallows. Visiting Rao Thuong - En Cave you must trek up and down through the dense primeval forest inside Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park.

You have a chance to enjoy the wonderful sceneries in the forest and inside the cave. You will be guided by the professional guides and be provided equipment for the tour such as tent, hammock, light. And you will also be served delicious meal.

Day 1.

The journey starts with a short bus trip to Km37 of the west of Ho Chi Minh West Branch Road. You can then take a two hour journey through the jungle until reaching Doong Village where you will taste the local traditional cuisine and spend a period of time with the local indigenous community, Vankieu People. Your journey will continues after lunch for around two hours along Thuong River and reaches the arrival at the entrance of En Cave. Camp will be set here. Now you yourself can discover En cave and the jungle.

Day 2.

In the morning, visitors will feel the breath of nature. At the end of day 2 you will be guided with a trail back to Doong Village for another lunch and then followed by a return trip to Ho Chi Minh West Brach Road.
