Itinerary

13:30 – Assemble at School

  • Attendance check, ensure students are seated on the buses.

  • Assign teachers to supervise each student group and each bus.

14:00 – Depart for Ho Chi Minh Square

14:30 – Visit Ho Chi Minh Square

  • Introduction to the significance of the Ho Chi Minh statue and surrounding landmarks.

  • Group photo session.

15:00 – Visit Quang Binh Museum

  • Learn about the history, culture, and natural heritage of Quang Binh through the exhibition halls.

  • Guided explanation of the museum’s key artifacts.

15:30 – Visit Dong Hoi Citadel

  • Listen to stories about the citadel’s historical role.

  • Free time for students to observe and take photos.

15:45 – Visit Quang Binh Gate

  • Discover the architectural features and historical significance of the ancient city gate.

16:10 – Visit Mother Suot Monument

Transportation

  • 5 x 45-seat modern tourist coaches will be used for students and accompanying teachers.

  • Coaches will pick up the group from the school according to the schedule, ensuring safety, comfort, and convenience for all.

At the Park – Quick Quiz Game

  • Objective: Encourage team bonding and create excitement.

  • How to play: Students are divided into 3 teams, standing in concentric circles around the tour guide. The guide asks quick questions, and the fastest correct answer wins.

  • Prize: 30 small gifts for the fastest and most accurate answers per team.

At the Landmarks – Mini Quiz

  • Objective: Help students remember historical and cultural facts.

  • How to play: The guide or teacher asks questions related to each site; students answer to win small gifts (e.g., pens, notebooks).

Pre-Trip Preparation

For Parents

  • Ensure students wear neat, comfortable clothing (preferably school uniform).

  • Pack:

    • Sun hat/cap

    • Personal water bottle

    • Tissues, face mask

  • Remind children of behavior rules during group activities.
