Cancellation Policy

With the aim of ensuring our guests’ rights and convenience during the organization process, Phong Nha Việt applies a flexible cancellation policy as follows:

Cancellation before departure date:

• More than 07 days: 100% refund (excluding bank transfer fees, if any)

• 05–06 days: 30% cancellation fee of total tour price

• 03–04 days: 50% cancellation fee of total tour price

• 01–02 days: 80% cancellation fee of total tour price

• On the day of departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee of total tour price

Refund conditions:

• Cancellations must be notified in writing, via message, email, or through the official Zalo group created by Phong Nha Việt.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 working days via bank transfer.

Force majeure:

• If the tour is postponed/canceled due to hazardous weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, or any objective reasons from the organizer, guests will receive a 100% refund or may reschedule to another departure date, depending on personal preference.
