Bao Ninh, where is a peninsula covered by sea and converged by rivers, borders Nhat Le River in the west, Vo Ninh commune in the south, sea in east and north. Here is golden sand dunes, that are exposed to sun themselves, is waiting for winds  blowing in from the East Sea.

The Land, where is rich in sunny and windy, has produced many talented figures contributed to the fatherland. Bao Ninh ever known with the famous word of mouth " Van La has two first officials of the Vietnamese Kingdom, Trung Binh has four ministers ". Here, there are specialty products which are very Bao Ninh, Quang Binh as  well such as squid, dried fish, dried sweet potatoes, fish sauce....

Bao Ninh is not like any withered cactus on sand dunes in the very hot sun but other than " hydro-convergence " . Bao Ninh is  now the modern resort and rustic farming villages beside where the famous poet Han Mac Tu was experienced his childhood.
